Ciao Alex,
we will email you an itinerary to let you know about our wheelchair tune-up and Achilles Team dinner on Saturday, January 28th.

On the morning of the 29th – you need to come to Bayside Park – yet due to road closings, you will drive to the INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL Bayside – from the entrance to the hotel, you can enter the park.  We will direct you where to unload, and then your girlfriend can park on our Achilles designated parking area.  (close to our staging)
If you will have a mobile phone that will work in the USA – please be sure to give us that number so we can be in communication with you.  Thanks
